Intern- HR

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR intern with exceptional communication skills to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily activity

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review and follow up recruitment and selection processes across multiple channels.
  • Research hiring trends and best practices.
  • The candidate should be able to find out CV as per the required job description from online sources.
  • Enhance the campus recruiting program and create a calendar of events for HR.
  • Schedule and coordinate technical and non-technical interviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding programs.
  • Exposure to all areas of HR, including employee engagement.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM
  • Skills Required: Business Communication, Corporate HR, Expertise in MS Office, Management, Social Media Marketing

  • Age 21 to 26 years

  • Proficient in PowerPoint & Excel.
