Position Overview:
Join our dynamic team at W3 Engineers Ltd as Software Quality Assurance Engineers! We are seeking talented SQA Engineers to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our development teams to create and execute test plans, identify and report bugs, and help us maintain the highest level of product excellence.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate software functionality, performance, and security.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies, and collaborate with development teams to ensure their resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and ensure testing efforts align with project goals.
- Design and implement automated test scripts to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes and methodologies.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on testing progress, results, and quality metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience (at least 1 year) in software quality assurance, including test planning, execution, and defect management.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and quality assurance best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in writing clear and concise bug reports and test documentation.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks is a plus.
