As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Human Resources to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward, who will lead our HR department and play a key role in shaping our company culture and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the IT industry and extensive experience in managing HR functions, including payroll processes, while closely collaborating with management.

Job Responsibilities :
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Lead and mentor HR team members to ensure effective execution of HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage the payroll process, including payroll administration, compliance, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with department heads and senior management to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee morale and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in all locations where the company operates.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve HR processes.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions and provide HR insights and recommendations to support business growth and expansion efforts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management and proactively incorporate them into the company’s HR strategies.
Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business
    Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree
    preferred.
Skills:
  • 10-15 years of proven experience as an HR Leader in multinational companies (MNCs), preferably in the technology or software industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Experience managing payroll processes and working closely with finance and management teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into HR initiatives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive HR decisions and improvements.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
