We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer Team Lead to join our growing team in Dhaka. The ideal candidate will be an experienced software engineer with strong leadership qualities, capable of guiding a team through the development lifecycle of web applications.
- Team Leadership:
– Lead and inspire a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.– Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Project Management:
– Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex web applications.– Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Technical Leadership:
– Solve technical challenges and provide hands-on guidance to the development team.– Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, ensuring the adoption of best practices and cutting-edge technologies.
- Collaboration:
– Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and product managers, to ensure seamless collaboration and integration of components.
- Code Review and Quality Assurance:
– Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to coding standards.– Implement and enforce best practices related to software development and deployment.
- Problem Resolution:
– Identify and resolve technical issues proactively, ensuring the timely delivery of projects.– Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and address challenges as they arise.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year work experience as team lead but that should not exceed 5+ years of experience as team lead.
- Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer or Team Lead in a web development environment.
- Strong proficiency in web technologies, including but not limited to Python or, Golang with RDBMS and NoSQL.
- Hands-on experience in the integration and implementation of cloud services, such as AWS, is required.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
